Summer Schedule

The summers at Crossover are awesome...come explore with us as we do outdoor ministry! Crossover will continue to meet on Sunday nights during the summer from 6-8pm. Don't miss the details on our summer brochure for more information. Crossover is for students coming into 9th-12th grade for the 2010-2011 school year, along with 2010 high school graduates.

Join us this summer for Crossover on Sunday nights, as we enjoy God’s creation together doing outdoor ministry. We live in the beautiful state of Alaska and are so blessed to experience the Lord’s beauty in the summer. Don’t miss your chance to make memories and grow spiritually with the Crossover crew!

Sunday, June 27th

Authentic Hawaiian Luau 5-8pm

Meet up at the Johnsons’ home in Peter’s Creek for a traditional Hawaiian luau. Wear your best Hawaiian attire and get ready to feast on pig and dance the hula! Cost is $3/person.

No Crossover, enjoy your 4th of July!

Butte Hike 6-9pm

Join us on this annual hike in the valley, as we scramble up to the top of the Butte. Bring water, good shoes and a snack. We will return late around 9pm.

Sunday, July 18th

Mount Baldy Hike 6-9pm

Grab your hiking shoes, water and a snack as we hike ER’s favorite Mount Baldy!

Wednesday, July 21st

Crow Pass Pack Weigh In 6-8pm

Bring all gear in your pack for Crow Pass.

Eagle River Rafting 4-8pm

Meet up at the church with full rain gear, shoes to get wet and a change of clothes. We’ll be white water rafting Eagle River, with trained swift-water rescue guide Shawn Gracey!

Sunday, August 8th

Schroeder Park Night 6-8pm

Meet up at Schroeder Park in Eagle River for a night of tennis, frolf, basketball, soccer, Frisbee, etc! Bring water and any gear to play with.

ASD School Starts

Join us this summer as 180 hits the great outdoors with summer ministry in Alaska! 180 is switching from Wednesdays to Sundays for the summer. For the month of June we will be meeting from 6-8pm, then switch from 2-4 for July and August. Make sure and check out our detailed summer brochure for more information! 180 is for students coming into 7th and 8th grade for the 2010-2011 school year.

Your team is on a mission to find the treasure and must follow the clues to lead to the loot! Meet up at the church.

Mirror Lake Lawn Games 2-4pm

Meet up at Mirror Lake for an afternoon on the lawn. Bring water and good running shoes.

Crow Pass Meet-up 1pm-4pm

Meet up at the church after service. Bring a sack lunch and clothes to hike in. The group will be hiking from the ER Nature Center to meet up with the sr. high Crow Pass hikers. Bring water.

Eagle River Bike Ride 2-4pm

Meet up at the church with your bike, helmet, water and $ for ice cream at McDonalds!
